
Shipping Policy – Scandinavia
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship nail polish and related cosmetic products to the following Scandinavian countries:
· Denmark
· Norway
· Sweden
· Finland
· Iceland
2. Important Legal & Carrier Restrictions
Nail polish is classified as flammable hazardous material (UN1263) due to its alcohol/solvent content. Therefore:
· Only ground shipping is available within Scandinavia. Air freight is prohibited.
· Orders must be packed in compliance with ADR (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) regulations.
3. Processing Time
· Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & local holidays).
· During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

5. Shipping Costs
· Standard Ground (tracked):
· Denmark, Sweden, Finland: 69 DKK / 99 SEK / 9.90 EUR
· Norway: 129 NOK
· Iceland: 1,490 ISK
· Free shipping on orders over:
· 1000 DKK / 1300 SEK / 140 EUR / 1500 NOK / 24,000 ISK
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
· Denmark, Sweden, Finland (EU members): VAT is included at checkout. No extra customs fees.
· Norway & Iceland (non-EU):
· Norwegian orders under 350 NOK: no import fees (changes may apply).
· Icelandic orders: VAT and potential handling fees are customer’s responsibility.
· We recommend using our prepaid “DDP” (Delivered Duty Paid) option for Norway/Iceland if available at checkout.
7. Restricted Delivery Areas
Due to hazardous goods classification, we cannot ship to:
· PO Boxes (some carriers reject dangerous goods to PO Boxes)
· Mail forwarding addresses
· Svalbard (customs & transport restrictions)
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
· Damaged in transit: Photograph the package and contents within 48 hours of delivery and contact us at [email]. We will file a claim and reship or refund.
· Lost package: If tracking shows “delivered” but not received, check with neighbors or local post office. After 7 business days, contact us to start an investigation.
9. Returns & Undeliverable Packages
· Nail polish cannot be returned due to hazardous material regulations (health & safety).
· If a package is unclaimed or address is incorrect, you will be charged for return shipping + a reshipment fee of 49 DKK / 69 SEK equivalent.
