RETURN POLICY

At CapsuleX, customer safety and product integrity are our top priorities. Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of cosmetic products, the following applies to peelable nail gel:

1. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for peelable nail gel if you simply change your mind, as the product cannot be resold once shipped.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your peelable nail gel arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will:

· Send a free replacement, or
· Issue a full refund (including original shipping costs).

3. Unopened & Resealable Exception
Only if the bottle seal is fully intact and unbroken may you return the product within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is at your cost. Refunds exclude original delivery fees.

4. How to Request a Return
Email capsulexsales@gmail.com with “Peelable Gel Return – [Order #]” and your reason. Approved returns must be sent to our [Sweden/Denmark] returns hub using a tracked service.

5. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns if:

· The bottle has been opened or used (even once).
· The tamper-evident seal is missing or broken.
· More than 14 days have passed since delivery.
· The product was purchased on final sale or as part of a set.

6. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
